NOTICE
1. This is to notify that, following the bidding exercise carried out by The Municipal Council of Quatre Bornes for the “UPGRADING WORKS AT BASSIN, QUATRE BORNES (PHASE III) – eONB/BIII/02/09/2024-2025”, the contract has been awarded to Sonalall & Sons Building Contractor Ltd, of Lot No.2, Avenue Syed Hossen, Carreau Laliane Branch Road, Vacoas, for the total contract value of Rs 20,668,145 inclusive of Contingency sum of Rs 1M and VAT.

2. This is to notify that, following the bidding exercise carried out by The Municipal Council of Quatre Bornes for the “DESIGN & BUILD OF A PARKING SPACE AT ST JEAN AVENUE, QUATRE BORNES – EONB-DB/MCQB/PSJ2/03/09/2024-2025”, the contract has been awarded to West Coast Construction Ltd of Hoollah Lane, Royal Road, Bambous, for the total contract value of Rs 7,642,900 inclusive of VAT + Contingency.

THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF QUATRE BORNES
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 40 (7) OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ACT
This is to notify that, following the bidding exercise carried out by The Municipal Council of Quatre Bornes for the “Design & Build of a Parking Space at Tulipes Avenue, Quatre Bornes –eONB-DB/MCQB/PT2/07/05/2023-2025”, the contract has been awarded to PYBIG CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED, of Tout Court Road, Camp Fouquereaux, Phoenix, for the total contract value of Rs 28,152,609.50 inclusive of VAT & Contingency.
The submission of detailed design drawings by the contractor for approval of Council shall be 30 days from the handing over of site.
The Execution of Works shall be 120 days after the final approval of detailed design drawings by the Council.
