It’s a massive honor to be elected as Mayor of Quatre Bornes today.

I want to thank my family, my colleagues and my beloved Quatre Bornes’ Citizens for their continuous support.

All this would not have been possible without you.

I also seize this opportunity to thank the Prime Minister, Honourable Pravind Kumar Jugnauth for the confidence he has bestowed upon me.

I want to thank the outgoing Mayor Nagen Mootoosamy for his amazing job during these past 4 years.

For everyone who knows me will know that I am passionate about Quatre Bornes and all the people who live here.

I believe that Quatre Bornes has a huge potential to flourish more and together we will make it a great place to live, to work and to socialise.

The work has already started and I will continue to work towards the transformation of Quatre Bornes to ensure that the next generation have a better future in Quatre Bornes.

While I am the Mayor of Quatre Bornes, the Municipality will be open to every single citizen of Quatre Bornes.

And I will ensure that the voice of every citizen be heard and every progress be made instantly.

My door will always be open for all your queries and all the challenges.

I look forward for a positive progress that can be made possible for you and for the betterment of our beloved town.

Together, we can do this; as one town, with one dream for one bright future.
